Tight hardcover in good condition. 8vo. 128pp. Light green tweed boards and backstrip with black illustration of a boy on his bicycle and a standing girl watching a house being built on the front board and black lettering on the backstrip. Black & white illustrations throughout text. Book is clean & very tight. As shown in the photographs, this book has cyan printers ink from a sloppy printer close to the bottom edge of the front board, on the extreme bottom of the leaves, and the bottom edge of the back board. The book is a little bowed. The boards have a little wear. The illustration on the front board is bright & colorful. The backstrip has a little edgewear on the top & bottom - the lettering is bright & colorful. There is a 1/2" narrow stain where the top of the backstrip meets the backboard's hinge. The leaves are in very good condition with no markings. Ships within 24 hours. Scanned photos available upon request.
