The complete first volume of the Saudi Medical Journal, one of the pre-eminent medical journals of the Arab world, magnificently and elaborately custom bound by the London luxury goods retailer Asprey & Co. in full morocco with a full morocco clamshell box, in pristine condition. It is unknown who this breathtaking copy of the Medical Journal was bound for, Asprey proudly display their Royal Warrant to Her Majesty The Queen on the presentation gift box, and this volume may indeed have been commissioned for a member of a notable royal family. Certainly no expense was spared in commissioning a binding of exquisite quality for the first volume of this significant publication from Saudi Arabia.
