Prima edizione
Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. FIRST EDITION. 16mo. viii, 119p. Errata slip tipped in at p. 79. Illustrated with 16 full-page black and white captioned photos and one drawing entitled ¿Plan of Hockey Field.¿ Includes a section at the rear entitled ¿Rule of the Game of Hockey.¿ Blue cloth with letters stamped in blind on the front cover and in gilt on the spine. Some wear to extremities with nothing rubbed through, cloth lightly soiled, gilt slightly dulled, all photos present and in fine condition, else very good to near fine with no internal markings. No dust jacket. Even though the author¿s name has only initials for the first and middle names, I take it the author is a woman after reading the Preface: ¿While many books have been written by men for men, so far as I know, nothing in the nature of a text-book had been published dealing with Hockey from the women¿s point of view.¿.
