La suite "est une Critique du Dialogue ; elle pourrait bien être du Baron de Lisola, qui était Franc-Comtois" (Lelong, II, 28848 et 28852). L'un des adversaires les plus acharnés de Louis XIV, le diplomate François-Paul de Lisola (1613-1674) dénonça sans trêve les prétentions du Roi de France sur l'Europe entière. Une intéressante description est fournie par Charles Pieters (Annales de l'Imprimerie Elsevirienne, III, 31 et 32), qui attribue en définitive le premier ouvrages soit aux presses des Elseviers, soit aux concurrents d'Amsterdam (Wolfganck ou Boom), et le second aux Presses de François Foppens, à Bruxelles.Le premier chapitre commence ainsi : "Dialogue sur les Droits de la Reyne tres-Chrestienne. Un advocat François s'estant rencontré dans la ville de Bruxelles avec deux Advocats, l'un Flamand, & l'autre Allemend, ils eurent ensemble l'entretien qui suit".
