The charming jacket and illustrations are sadly unattributed, but are probably by the author as he was also a book illustrator. Illustrated boards as issued. Some slight edge wear and chipping to top and bottom of jacket and spine, corners rubbed and slightly bruised, creasing to front flap, some old tape marks to endpapers. Not price clipped (£2.50), no personal inscriptions, internally cleanish tight and square, overall a vg copy only. 64pp, illustrated. Probably produced for early home schoolers. Owl lives by himself in a warm little house. But whether Owl is inviting Winter in on a snowy night or welcoming a new friend he meets while on a stroll, Owl always has room for visitors!
