Ludwig Freiherr von Vincke, nach Jena und Auerstedt und später von den französischen Behörden entlassen, war von 1815 -1844 erster preußischer Oberpräsident der Provinz Westfalen nach dem Ende des Königreichs und als Ergebnis des Wiener Kongresses.
