Octavo. Very Scarce Theatre and Opera interest book. * George Harry Snazelle: The Opera and Magic-Lantern and music hall actor entertainer, born in 1848 died in 1912. He was a frequent visitor to Australia and this loosely complied series of anecdotes written with the help of his friend "Gorgeous" George Edwards in 1898 but it seems they fell out soon after the book was published. He was also part of Carl Rosa's Operatic Group in the 1880's.
