A lightly shaken copy, with a flaw to leaves 185-186, which appears to be a binding error (see photos). A bit of pencil ghosting to the front free endpaper, otherwise unmarked. A clean copy. Reasonable amount of shelf wear for a 100+ year old book, a few small, flat tears and some fingerprints on pages, but good, readable copy and a real treasure for those interested in classic Americana.
