      EXHIBITION CATALOGUE 1933, approximately 245 x 185 mm, 9½ x 7¼ inches, pages: viii, frontispiece showing Queen Elizabeth's Glass, [2] (list of owners), 1-92, the last 2 being blank for notes, prelims contain title page, Acknowledgments, Foreword, Books and Documents by Andre Simon, plates 1-135 on coated paper, plus 5 pages of adverts, 1 being on the Puzzle Jug with printed overlay, and 1 page of index, the last page blank for notes, the first 9 plates are on books, documents and pictures, the rest on wine glasses, bottles, decanters, jugs, flagons, tankards, etc., bound in the publisher's original soft card wrappers with black lettering and coat of arms to upper cover.
