The drug loaded as well as blank bionanoemulsions, thus prepared, have been thermodynamically characterized for physicochemical properties of surface tension, viscosity, density, sound velocity and conductivity measurement, to quantitatively determine the drug loading efficacy. The characterization with respect to proper and homogeneous drug dispersion has also been investigated via DLS-Dynamic Light Scattering. Alongside, the RSAs with DPPH-free radical assay have also been determined and confirmed through UV-visible spectroscopy. Dans cette optique, de nouvelles nanoémulsion…s biocompatibles avec quatre tensioactifs différents, à savoir SDS, DTAB, poloxamer et Tw-20 ont été préparées en utilisant l'éthanol et le glycérol comme co-solvant et co-tensioactif respectivement. Les bionano-émulsions ont donc été préparées dans des formes vierges et chargées de médicament, à un degré de concentration de 3 mM/mL. Les bionanoémulsions chargées en médicament et vierges, ainsi préparées, ont été caractérisées thermodynamiquement pour les propriétés physico-chimiques de tension superficielle, de viscosité, de densité, de vitesse du son et de conductivité, afin de déterminer quantitativement l'efficacité de la charge en médicament. La caractérisation de la dispersion correcte et homogène du médicament a également été étudiée par DLS-Dynamic Light Scattering. Parallèlement, les ARS avec le dosage des radicaux libres DPPH ont également été déterminés et confirmés par spectroscopie UV-visible. Con este fin, se han preparado nuevas nanoemulsiones biocompati…bles con cuatro tensioactivos diferentes, a saber, SDS, DTAB, poloxamer y Tw-20, utilizando etanol y glicerol como co-solvente y co-surfactante respectivamente. Las bionanoemulsiones se prepararon tanto en blanco como con formas cargadas de fármaco, a una concentración de 3 mM/mL. Las bionanoemulsiones cargadas con el fármaco, así como las preparadas en blanco, se han caracterizado termodinámicamente por sus propiedades fisicoquímicas de tensión superficial, viscosidad, densidad, velocidad del sonido y medición de la conductividad, para determinar cuantitativamente la eficacia de la carga del fármaco. La caracterización con respecto a la dispersión adecuada y homogénea del fármaco también se ha investigado mediante DLS-Dynamic Light Scattering. Además, se han determinado los RSA con el ensayo de radicales libres de DPPH y se han confirmado mediante espectroscopia UV-visible. De este modo, se ha explicado y destacado la potencia de liberación del fármaco in vitro.
