The bionanoemulsions were therefore prepared in blank as well as with drug loaded forms, at a concentrative extent of 3 mM/mL. The drug loaded as well as blank bionanoemulsions, thus prepared, have been thermodynamically characterized for physicochemical properties of surface tension, viscosity, density, sound velocity and conductivity measurement, to quantitatively determine the drug loading efficacy. The characterization with respect to proper and homogeneous drug dispersion has also been investigated via DLS-Dynamic Light Scattering. Alongside, the RSAs with DPPH-free radical assay have also been determined and confirmed through UV-visible spectroscopy. Les bionanoémulsions chargées en médicament et vierges, ainsi préparées, ont été caractérisées thermodynamiquement pour les propriétés physico-chimiques de tension superficielle, de viscosité, de densité, de vitesse du son et de conductivité, afin de déterminer quantitativement l'efficacité de la charge en médicament. La caractérisation de la dispersion correcte et homogène du médicament a également été étudiée par DLS-Dynamic Light Scattering. Parallèlement, les ARS avec le dosage des radicaux libres DPPH ont également été déterminés et confirmés par spectroscopie UV-visible.
