Modesta legatura in cartone marmorizzato coevo, con assai evidenti abrasiuoni al dorso e spellature ai piatti. Vecchi aloni da umidità al foglio di guardia anteriore. Marca calcografica con putto volante che sorregge una torcia accesa, con il motto "Novissimus exit" al frontespizio, impresso in rosso e nero. Tre capilettera e quattro vignette calcografiche nel testo, l'ultima delle quali firmata Baldovino Gabbuggiani. Le rimanenti sono di Pierre Giffart e Filippo Juvarra, ma sono tratte da precedenti cliché. In fine, staccata, una grande tavola ripiegata, incisa da Giovanni Petroschi su bozzetto di Ferdinando Fuga in formato cm.72x44, raffigurante la "Planta de la Real Iglesia de San-tiago, y S. Yldefonso de la Nacion Española con la del Tumuloen medio, y Pilares formados al redor de la misma". Non sono presenti le rimanenti sei tavole fuori testo, sempre pedisposte dal Fuga.
