The volume contains 10 chapters by notable authorities on the field; the titles of four papers follow: Evolution of Hallucial Grasping in the primates; Implications of postcranial evidence for the origin of euprimates; Adaptive diversification of Malagasy strepsirrhines; and Relative joint size and hominoid locomotor adaptations with implications for the evolution of hominid bipedalism.
