Soundly bound in original blind stamped brown cloth with titles decoratively in gilt to spine. Stories paged separately but with sequential page numbers to the spine corner of each leaf. Porrman's House has a woodcut frontispiece. It appears a frontispiece for the whole work may be missing and rear blank endpage lacking. Cloth boards a little dulled and slightly mottled. G++.

Internally some light browning to text, title edges lightly browned, some browning and discolouration to endpapers and pastedowns, name of former owner to ffep, otherwise fairly clean. The printer was T.[homas] Groom, who appears to have specialised in religious printing. Uncommon, with Library Hub showing at Birmingham only Size: 32mo.

I have gone through the book and no pages are missing. Apparently this is an ex-lib with some old markings marked out on inside front cover and front free endpaper. Also what appears to be an old call number on rear of illustrated title page.
