Unmarked pages, but does have some pencil scribblings on a few pages in the margins. Smooth gray hardcover binding with the title fading on the spine but done in black lettering. Front cover has some an orange colored ribbon design that has 'The World's Workers' on it. Front cover also has an illustration of a lamp in the top corner. Stock photos may not look exactly like the book.
