Originally published in hard covers by John Long in 1960. The book has a bumping to the corners and light dents to the bottom edge of the rear panel. Page edges browned with scattered dark spotting to the top edges. Brown patch to the front free endpaper where a label has previously been fixed. The pages are very slightly browned and there is an odour to the book - probably from a smoker's home - but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. The jacket has heavy fading to the spine and chipping at the corners and the top and bottom of the spine. Brown to the white area on the rear panel. Half inch closed tear to the top of the front panel.…
