Front hinge cracked but the binding is firm, moderate rubbing to the corners and joints, text block toned.

The first title is, in full:- Tradesman's Guide to the practice of County Courts, giving full directions to Plaintiffs and Defendants How to Prepare, Conduct and Defend Their Own Cases, With the Law of Evidence, containing numerous forms, also a Scale of Fees, shewing at a glance the fees payable on every process, and on any sumup to £50; and the Law of bankruptcy and Equity. The second title is:- A Plain Guide to Landlords, Tenants, and Lodgers, With a Collection of Useful Forms. In the original blind stamped red cloth with gilt decorated front board. Boards slightly soiled, else a very good plus copy. A rather scarce item of considerable interest to legal historians and sociologists.
