Several pages have small tears and p. 65 is almost torn completely. All of the damage is repairable. Otherwise this is a clean tight copy of this title. The exterior is red cloth with drawings of the family in black, and title in black on spine. Light wear. Interior is very good condition with only one flaw - a torn and taped page (p.115/16) composed of a page of drawing with text on reverse. Nothing lost, the tear is clean. A rare book for young children in excellent condition.
