The original price of $6.50 is still present on the front flap. DJ shows quite a bit of wear, with toning and scuffing on all sides. Edges show chips and bumps and there is a large tear to the jacket at the top of the spine area. Dark gray cloth boards underneath are clean, though there is some fading along edges. Edges and corners also show bumps/wear. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No hinge issues, no signatures or bookplates, no handwriting, no remainder marks, no library markings. Pages are toned due to age and there is foxing stains present, though these are mainly limited to the end pages, pastedowns, and around the frontispiece (which includes the title page). Copyright page states first edition.
