In 1926 Puiggros visited the USSR with his father and after staying two years in Europe, he returned in 1928 and joined the Communist Party of Argentina from which he was expelled in mid-1947, when he linked to Peronism by founding his own organization. When he was twenty years old he traveled with his father to Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Scandinavia and they came to the USSR, in full consolidation of the Bolshevik revolution, an event that marked his personality with fire and from that moment the question of worker leadership began to be a subject that aroused his curiosity and occupied his interest throughout his life. He lived two years in Paris and two in London, period during which he would begin to draw on European political and ideological discussions of the time, as well as on works related to social sciences, economics and philosophy. He was editor of the newspaper Crítica de Natalio Botana from 1935 to 1955. He was part of the Association of Intellectuals, Artists, Journalists and Writers (AIAIPE) founded in 1935 by Aníbal Ponce. He was founder of the newspaper Brújula, of the magazine Argumentos and of the newspaper El Norte, of Jujuy. At the same time he taught at the Free College of Higher Education. In 1946 he founded the Communist Workers Movement and was linked to the movement of General Juan Domingo Perón, which earned him the expulsion from the PC in 1947. From 1947 to 1955 he directed the publication Clase Obrera, linked to the Peronist movement. From 1955 to 1961, he participated actively in the Peronist Resistance through the Argentinos de Pie organization. in 1956, he published his famous book Critical History of Political Parties in Argentina, that same year, persecuted by the self-styled dictatorship Revolución Libertadora initiates the first political exile in Mexico. Most of the bibliographies including Washington Pereyra (who had all the numbers except # 3 of the second epoch) believe that there are three periods and in reality there are two, the error is verified in the bibliographies since the second and third periods would have identical dates, the magazine appears in Buenos Aires in November 1930, 14 issues, moves to Rosario 4 issues, two of them with double numeration #1(15), #2(16) and #3, #4, both single numeration and smaller format.
