Nach der Annekt…ierung des Memellandes durch Litauen 1923 blieb er und betreute in Nidden ab 1933 das dortige verlassene Sommerdomizil Thomas Manns. Nach Wiedereingliederung des Memelgebietes zu (Nazi-)Deutschland 1939 galt er als entartet und erhielt Malverbot. Sprache: de.
