In all, 174 APPEAR scholarship holders have successfully completed a master's or PhD program at an Austrian University. APPEAR is funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) as part of International Partnerships Austria and is implemented by OeAD - Austria's Agency for Education and Internationalisation.This reader reflects, in a free and formally diverse manner, collaborations in the field of development research - be it through theoretical, biographical, research-technical, or philosophical considerations or through personal encounters, impressions, feelings, reservations, or experiences.
