Condizione: Good (+) for age and genre. 1st ed. t.p.+Preface+tipped in errata slip+100; small fairly early ownership stamp top verso fr.endpaper, main problems are tanning to inner sides of endpapers (outer sides and pastedowns being brown), t.p. and final leaf of text with spots intermittently elsewhere, plus light marginal pencil lining intermittently throughout with a 3 line bottom marginal note, incipient gutter opening between pp.96/7. Brown gilt-lettered cloth covers would be very good but for a 2.5 cm. cloth tear to front joint, being otherwise clean and almost unworn. Presence of errata slip possibly a point in its favour.
