No dust jacket. 165 pp. The book is in very good condition with just very minor shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover. There is a former owner's name, date and stamp to the reverse of the front of the cover. There are a small number of lines and short notes in biro to the margins of pages, otherwise they are clean and unmarked.

All the stories had originally been published in Justice magazine in 1955 and 1956. The front cover has some surface creasing and the text block protrudes a little at the right edge. The covers have been cut oddly so that the spine design runs over onto the rear panel. The spine is a little worn with some edge rubbing and chipping at the bottom where there is a one inch crack next to the front cover. The back cover has some surface creasing and marking. The edges of the text block are a little uneven but the binding feels secure. Two light marks to the inside of the front cover, a small closed tear to the edge of page 121 and a small stain to page 65. Browning to the pages which are otherwise unmarked. First printing. Postage charge will be reduced by £1.50 when the order is processed.
