Bei der Corticalis kommt es proximal der Osteotomie zunachst nur zu einem geringen Abfall der Durchblutungswerte, erst nach Durchftihrung der Osteosynthese wird der Abfall starker. Distal der Osteotomie kommt es sofort nach der Durchftihrung der Osteotornie zu einem starken Abfall der Durchblutungswerte.
