Written by W. J. Passingham, a British journalist and author, known for his interest in science-fiction, as well as historical works surrounding London, such as this.With the stamp of W. M. Granville Gosden. Bound in the publisher's cloth, with the original, price-clipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart, with light bumping to the extremities and some rubbing to the joints. Small tear to cloth at the head of the front joint. Small stamp to front free endpaper. Dust wrapper is sound, with light chipping and a few closed tears to the extremities. Wrap has been laid down on brown parchment, with reinforcement to the extremities. Sunning to the spine of the wrap and a few marks. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very Good Indeed. book.
