When the ship put into Stornaway he was captured, & lacking any military credentials was imprisoned in London before being sent to the civilian camp at Alexandra Palace before being transferred to Knockaloe POW camp. Inc. remarkable accounts of Cossacks at the time of the revolution & of life in China. Small institutional stamp to p1 o/w a decent copy of a very scarce title.
