Edward Taylor Paull (1858-1924) was an American composer, publisher, and music entrepreneur best known for his dramatic marches and spectacular illustrated sheet music covers during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Worked as both a composer of marches and descriptive pieces a publisher who marketed his own music. He wasn't just writing music—he was building a brand. The Real Innovation: Sheet Music as Spectacle What made Paull famous wasn't just the music—it was the presentation.
