Most are quite short--just a page or two, and each author is identified with each story. The original red cloth binding has gilt title lettering on the front cover; there is also dampstaining to the covers, else the book is tight. The contents are clean, tight and unmarked with one exception: page twelve has been torn in half and the lower half is missing (one of Margaret Scully's stories).
