The first monograph dedicated to the complete works of the pioneering ceramicist, Wayne Higby. The catalogue accompanied the traveling exhbition which began at Arizona State University in Tempe and showed at 5 additional US locations.The show featured 58 works, many with multipe views. Higby's work ranges from objects and sculptures to large-scale architectural installations. Some of his pieces use the raku technique. Several essays are included by a range of authors, including Higby (Reflections), and an illustrated chronology shows both Higby's personal and professional lives in text and photos.
