Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book examines the historical development of spatial forms and geometric systems, arguing that intuition often governs our understanding of these concepts, rather than logical analysis. Despite this, logical analysis of spatial forms reveals surprising results, leading to the conclusion that even the most complex forms are based on a relatively small number of simple forms. The author examines the nature of space, arguing that there are four main types: empty, real, continuous, and discrete. These concepts form the basis for three main types of geometry: Euclidean, Projective, and Discrete. Analysis of the logical possibilities of a fourth type of space and the geometry that would result lead to insights about the nature of the continuum and the limits of mathematics. The author's insights challenge traditional assumptions about space and geometry, encouraging readers to reconsider the nature of these fundamental concepts. Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book is the first part of a grand metaphysical system that seeks to answer the fundamental question of the nature of being. The author goes back to the roots of metaphysics, questioning the assumptions that have been made by philosophers for centuries. By doing this, he uncovers the hidden presuppositions that have prevented metaphysics from becoming a true science. Through rigorous argumentation and a deep dive into the nature of immediate experience, the author establishes the possibility and necessity of metaphysics as a rational science, paving the way for a comprehensive understanding of reality.
