Latin text, with extensive footnotes. Text has regular blank leaves bound in, presumably for scholars notes - in this case there are numerous neat ha…ndwritten notes on many of these leaves. Binding clean and sound but leather a little scuffed in places. Ownership inscription on front endpaper. Moderate browning to endpapers, a little light spotting in places, else taxt clean and tight. A VG copy. . Heavy book, when wrapped appropriately it weighs c1200g thus exceeding the 1000g default for the automatic postage quotation - the extra postage will be requested at time of order or enquiry.if to be sent by 1st class UK post or overseas, 2nd class UK no need.
