Also in this issue: Johannsen, N. "The Birth of a Planet", and Vincent Francis, "Is Our Earth the Only… Life Supporting Body in the Universe?" (in which the author for the most part addresses our solar system, and although he doesn't seem t care for the idea of life on Mars admits that it is the best candidate for extraterrestrial life nearby). This is the whole issue for February 1917, extracted from a larger bound volume. This comes with the front (though not rear) wrapper, which is evidently uncommon.
