Eine Dolmetschung soll so gut verständlich sein wie das Original, in der Realität or…ientieren sich Nutzer:innen aber häufig am Höreindruck und beurteilen Dolmetschungen eher nach prosodischen als nach inhaltlichen Faktoren.Diese Studie untersucht den Einfluss von Redeflüssigkeit auf die zwei Qualitätsaspekte der kognitiven Wirkungsäquivalenz und der subjektiven Bewertung durch das Publikum. Aufbauend auf einer theoretischen Betrachtung verschiedener Qualitätsaspekte und deren Operationalisierung sowie der Komponenten von Redeflüssigkeit wird die Entwicklung des Versuchsdesigns und -materials eingehend beschrieben. Im Experiment zeigt sich, dass eine weniger flüssige Dolmetschung zwar gleich gut verstanden wird wie eine flüssige, das Publikum aber glaubt, sie schlechter verstanden zu haben.
