Undated, published circa 1818, this is a nicely bound example of this account of the county of Shropshire, bound in a recent quality half leather binding with marbled paper covered boards, internally illustrated with twenty-one hand-coloured plates and a folding hand-coloured map…, this example is extra illustrated with two further hand-coloured antique maps of the county. The binding is in excellent condition, internally heavy foxing to a couple of pages, and noticeable offsetting to the plates which has caused browning to the opposing pages of text.
