La prima edizione di questa bella guida è del 1835. > Fossati Bellani, II, 2874, indica erroneamente la presenza di sole tre tavole. Lozzi, II, 3927, cita solo la prima edizione. 100 gr.

Legatura coeva in mezza pelle, dorso liscio con decorazioni a secco e titoli in oro. Frontespizio un po' arrossato, peraltro esemplare genuino e ben conservato. Book.

In 8°, brossura originale a stampa, dorso con alcune piccole mancanze. Pp. 4 n.n. + X + 163 + 3 n.n., in fine aggiunte 4 tavole incise, una delle quali più volte ripiegata con 16 vedutine della città. Curioso frontespizio calcografico con diversi caratteri tipografici. Fra le pagine 112 e 113 è stata legata una carta bianca riempita, sulle due facciate, da testo manoscritto in epoca coeva all'edizione, che integra le notizie presenti nella guida su Palazzo Rasponi.
