Manoscritto / Collezionismo cartaceo
Draft script for the 1952 television episode (though the exact episode is unknown to us). Copy belonging to actor Jack Naughton, with his annotations in manuscript ink and pencil throughout, denoting dialogue. "Hollywood Screen Test" ran from 1948 through 1953 on ABC, hosted first by Bert Lytell and then Neil Hamilton. The show featured largely unknown actors alongside more established screen and stage actors in half-hour scenes, with the intention of giving the up-and-coming actors their first big screen break. Self wrappers. Title page present, dated March 5, 1951, with credits for director Richard Depew, screenwriter Alton Alexander, and others. 45 leaves, with last page of text numbered 43. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, partially bound with a single staple at the top left corner.
