Each page is outlined in red (very thin and tasteful), 16 color and 2 b&w illustrations are laid out attractively in a variety of shapes. Pastedowns and fly pages are dark blue with a gold leaf pattern and in excellent condition. This volume has survived the years as almost new. Gift quality.

Corners worn, and some other shelfwear. Hinge shaken. Some light scattered foxing, afflicting a few page corners somewhat more heavily. A good copy nonetheless.
