Undated [1920…] Attributed by reference to the entry on Jisc Library Hub held at the British Library. No copyright date or printing history stated. David (known as Dayed because he could not pronounce his name correctly) a privileged 6 year old child from the Regents Park area of London befriends a little girl and together they share a magical world of Fairies, Mermaids and Hobgoblins. Her name is "Rif" - because his Nursemaid referred to her as Rif Raff ! Please see our images of the actual book offered for sale for further details and condition. Good no dust jacket (Book - moderate general shelf wear to cloth - colour rubbing only, light shelf soiling, gilt titles to spine dulled, offset browning to free end papers. Occasional sporadic foxing to margins throughout but predominantly to last few leaves. Ink prize insc. to half title dated Aug 22. A few page corners turned.
