McNeile would of course go on to create Bulldog Drummond, one of the great interwar thriller heroes. Rare in the jacket. Some toning; boards slightly toned at spine with minor bumping; jacket a little chipped and rubbed. Book.

An important work in the Bulldog Drummond canon, marking the transition from 'Sapper' to Fairlie.
