[100] 382 [2] con marca al frontespizio e in fine (fontana), 1 grande xilografia sulla prima carta numerata (Ludovico Pontano che insegna ai suoi studenti), 7 bei ritratti in xilografia degli altri autori dei Singularia, ciascuno alla prop…ria sezione (Antonio Corsetti, Matteo Mattesillani, Francesco da Crema, Pietro Gerardo di Pietrasanta, Guglielmo di Ludo, Amanellus de Claris Aqui, Giovanni d'Arnono). Carte leggermente rifilate, qualche fioritura e antica nota di appartenenza al titolo (datata 1563), foro di tarlo al margine interno delle ultime carte senza fastidio, caduta l'ultima carta bianca. Prima edizione non comune dell'opera che raccoglie i casi eccezionali dei migliori giuristi del Rinascimento curata dal celebre giureconsulto, notaio e storico veronese Saraina. Cfr. Titolo c…alligrafato al taglio superiore.Il dorso a tre nervi piatti è rinforzato con alette da antico codice con capilettera in rosso ed azzurro.Qualche sporadica sottolineatura e poche postille a margine in grafia cinquecentesca, aloni a gran parte del testo su carta pesante e margini ampi. Antica nota di possesso depennata alla carta di guardia anteriore.Al frontespizio marca tipografica con due puttini seduti che sostengono il giglio, marca dei Giunta , da cui escono altri due fiori. Testate e capilettera ornati. Errori di numerazione alle cc. 87, 110, 309, 349, 369, 397.Una copia di quest?opera che vide anche due edizioni venete nel 1571 e nel 1576 è alla British Library.Gabriele Saraina, giureconsulto veronese allievo dell?Alciato, vissuto a Parigi e che ebbe il suo floruit fra la metà del XVI secolo ed il 1590, riunì quanto in materia avevano scritti i giuristi più famosi da Baldo ( 1327-1400) e Angelo degli Ubaldi (1327-1407) ai suoi tempi.
