Pale brown cloth. Light foxing to text block's top edge. Author's six-line ink inscription "To Eugene Temple Millsap, | a fellow archite…ct who | appreciates the ability of | Shutze, | Betty Dowling | 1-17-97" upon half-title page followed by author's signature "Elizabeth M Dowling" upon the title page; interior leaves are otherwise bright and clean. Binding remains fairly crisp. Inscribee is Montgomery, Alabama architect Eugene Temple Millsap Jr. (1923-2007) who specialized in the design of hospital and medical facilities.
