A number of these Parisian landmarks no longer exist.

The ill…ustrations are contained within circular frames, giving one the sense of peering through a peephole or window, and somehow sharpening one's focus on the structure being portrayed as well. Each plate is accompanies with a two page description and history. Abbey Travel 104. Lacking a half-title. A thoroughly clean copy otherwise.
