Der zur Ausstellung publizierte Katalog beinhaltet zahlreiche Abbildungen der einzelnen Szenen und Szenenausschnitte, wie auch Zeichnungen und Malereien. Er gibt auch Einblick in die Arbeit und das Atelier der Kunstlerin, sodass der Entstehungsprozess der Werke nachvollziehbar wird. Daneben umfasst er den einleitenden Text aus Kraus' Buhnenfassung, ein Vorwort von Karlheinz Essl, Aufsatze von Meinhard Rauchensteiner und David Schalko sowie ein Gesprach, das die Kuratoren Andreas Hoffer und Gunther Oberhollenzer mit der Kunstlerin gefuhrt haben.

Since we no longer live in the Stone Age, where people from a pure survival instinct hunted, ate and wore the animals, it is now only about fashion. The absurdity of this, that you hide behind or under the skin of another once living being is not something which most fur bearers think of.

Sengl suchte die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung, die ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen einfließen ließen, und fand in der Organisation 'Fremde werden Freunde' einen wertvollen Partner. Die Umsetzung erfolgte in Kooperation mit der UNHCR und Time Busters. Die Publikation macht das Projekt dauerhaft zugänglich und bietet nachhaltig Raum zur Reflexion: Zu Wort kommen auch Gastautor\*innen, die sich in persönlichen Beiträgen mit den vielseitigen Aspekten von 'Flucht' auseinandersetzen.
