Aspekten dargestellt wird, ständig spürbar ist. Von der informellen Malerei (1968) kam E. über die Erfahrung mit Pop-Art (1970-71) und Konzeptkunst (1973-77) zu einer Gestenmalerei von grosser expressiver Kraft» (HLS).
