A thick, rich navy blue cloth, bound hardback, with gorgeous gilt titles running along the spine. Comes with nice, clean, not price clipped, dust jacket, which has a translucent cover for added protection. This wonderful book is in excellent condition and as its a used book, normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. However this book looks like its hardly been used or read. 512 pages, all intact and in clean, readable order, with tight binding. First Edition, published in 2000 by the Oxford University Press, Oxford. "The Oxford History of Ancient Egypt" is the only history to provide detailed historical coverage of Egypt from the early Stone Age to its incorporation into the Roman Empire.
