Inside back hinge is cracked but still attached. Gift inscription to previous owner on title page. Light yellowing to text, page ends and b&w photos due to age. Text is otherwise clean and unmarked. Descriptions of the simple, sedate and very nice lines and dimensions of the many private homes along the streets of Oxford. They were built during the Victorian era but escaped the jigsaw whimsicalities. Assembled the human elements which have made the old houses glow with life and interest. All books are individually examined and described. Never ex-library unless explicitly described as such.
