Among other aspects, results clearly reveal the crime reducing potential of intact families and the link beween crime and labour market. A special focus is on estimating the consequences of crime, a topic rarely analysed in literature.

Die Mannheimer Forschungsgesellschaft für Arbeit und Bildung (MAFAB) führte als Tochterunternehmen… des Heinrich-Vetter-Forschungsinsituts (HVFI) einen Forschungsauftrag der Ingeus Deutschland GmbH zur Untersuchung der Wirkungen ihres spezifischen Arbeitsvermittlungskonzepts durch. Die in diesem Bericht enthaltenen Auswertungen und Forschungsergebnisse beziehen sich auf die Arbeitsmarkt-Integrationsprojektevon Ingeus in München und Berlin. Dabei reichte das Forschungsinteresse weit über Analysen der Integrationserfolge hinaus; zusätzlich wurden Zufriedenheits- und Wirkungsanalysen sowie Methodenprüfungen durchgeführt. Im Rahmen der Studie konnten aufschlussreiche Erkenntnisse über den innovativen Vermittlungsansatz von Ingeus gewonnen weren. So zeigt sich beispielsweise, dass Ingeus überdurchschnittliche Vermittlungsquoten erreicht und dieser Vermittlungserfolg weitgehend unabhängigvom Qualifikationsniveau der SGB II-Kunden ist. Selbst für arbeitsmarktferne Kundengruppen, wie z.B. Ältere oder Langzeitarbeitslose oder Menschen mit multiplen Vermittlungshemmnissen, werden immer noch Wiedereingliederungsquoten erreicht, die im Bereich des allgemeinen Bundesdurchschnitts liegen. Interessante Erkenntnisse ergeben sich nicht nur für Personen, die an Arbeitsmarkdienstleistungen interessiert sind. Auch für Akteure und Entwickler von arbeitsmarkpolitischen Instrumenten, wie z.B. Experten aus der Arbeitsmarkt und Sozialpolitik, die Agenturen für Arbeit, die Jobcenter sowie Arbeitsmarktforscher, sind die Ergebnisse aufschlussreich.
