Auflage 1966, ERSTAUSGABE, 338 SS. gebunden (Hardcover, Oln.), gut erhalten - mit eigenhändiger Widmung für Wilhelm Vitemeyer, Empfehlung, Datum 8.4.1966, Unterschrift in Tinte eigenhändig signiert (Als Stabsoffizierwurde Steltzer am 1. August 1940 zum Generalstab des Oberbefehlshabers Norwegen in Oslo versetzt. Von hier aus half er 1941 bei der Organisation einer Massenflucht von norwegischen und dänischen Juden in das neutrale Schweden. Steltzer knüpfte zu dieser Zeit auch Verbindungen zum Kreisauer Kreis und insbesondere zu Helmuth James von Moltke. Nach dem Attentat vom 20. Juli 1944 auf Adolf Hitler wurde Steltzer verhaftet und am 15. Januar 1945 vom Volksgerichtshof zum Tode verurteilt. Durch die Fürsprache finnischer und schwedischer Freunde wurde ein Aufschub seiner Hinrichtung erreicht. Am 24. April 1945 wurde Steltzer aus der Haft entlassen. (wiki)).…
