"The only publisher running completely on dope". Heft Nummer 1 ist zweifach vorhanden. Neben der regulären Nummer auch das 'Collector's Issue' mit "De Mutt en Jeff Cartoons 'Ehé-Catl'" van Bud Fisher, Harrison Cady, T.S.Sullivant and Al Smith.
